Conference Registration Fees

Delegate registration – for registrations received on or before 31 August 2008
£995 plus VAT @17.5% = £1169.13

Delegate registration – for registrations received after 31 August 2008
£1350 plus VAT @17.5% = £1586.25

Reduced rate for delegates from the public sector
(Applicable to delegates from national or local government, military or police)
£850 plus VAT @17.5% = £998.75

Exhibitor registration
£880 plus VAT @17.5% = £1034.00

Academic registration
(Your registration must be accompanied by a letter from your Head of Department on University headed paper attesting to academic status.)
£650 plus VAT @17.5% = £763.75

Student registration
(Your registration must be accompanied by a letter from your Head of Department attesting to student status.)
£400 + VAT @ 17.5% = £470.00

Day delegate
£575 + VAT @ 17.5% = £675.63 per day

Payment

Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference.

In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the symposium secretariat.

Alternative payment methods

Cheques should be made payable to Elsevier and should be sent with your completed registration form.

In order to pay by bank transfer, you will first require an invoice. An invoice will be sent to you by airmail upon receipt of a signed registration form completed with your contact details and registration details. The reverse side of the invoice provides Elsevier bank account details for transfer purposes. Please do not transfer fees until you have received your invoice. It is essential that you include your invoice number when instructing your bank. Please forward a copy of the bank transfer documentation to the symposium secretariat.

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 9 September 2008, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 23 September 2008, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 23 September 2008, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed.

Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.

Changes

Details are correct at current time. Elsevier reserves the right to change any session in the final programme.
